No return or refund on personalized or custom items Please contact me before returning any item. Return must be shipped (at buyers cost) insured with delivery confirmation added. Delivery confirmation number or other verified shipping number must be supplied to us within 24 hours of shipment. Refunds are issued for purchase price only, no refund on shipping/handling.
If an item has been damaged in transit, please let me know immediately and I will gladly pay return shipping for the item. Depending on the type of damage the item may either be repaired, replaced, or your money refunded. Money will be refunded in the same method paid. Damaged item claims must be made within one week of arrival, and Little Viking Design reserves the right to refuse claims made after this one week period on suspicion of fraud. Sorry, but because of previous problems it must be done this way.

CUSTOM ORDERS MUST BE CANCELLED BEFORE SHIPMENT. UNLIKE WOOD, HORN CAN NOT BE ERASED. SO PLEASE BE SURE BEFORE PLACING AN ORDER FOR CUSTOM HORNS.
